I
created
ag consulting
in May 2005
because
I have a
passion
for people,
for teaching
and learning,
for professional
and personal
development,
for people
living their
full potential,
for unfolding
creativity
and grasping
new opportunities.
I care about
how public
money is
spent and
the value
it gives.
My ultimate
goal is
to increase
the wellbeing
and happiness
of your
organisation
and everyone
within it.
Prior
to establishing
my own
business
I was
a principal
of Reading
Adult
and Community
College
where
I stayed
for three
and a
half years
seeing
the organisation
through
a vast
amount
of change,
ALI’s
first
ever ACL
inspection
as well
as a successful
re-inspection.
I had
gained
significant
experience
in a wide
range
of areas
of responsibility
including
curriculum,
quality
improvement,
business
development,
staff
development,
teacher
training,
ILT and
IAG during
my three
and a
half years
in a senior
management
position
at Bromley
Adult
Education
College.
In 1996
I gained
my first
full-time
management
position
as a head
of languages
in the
school
of adult
and continuing
education
at Huddersfield
Technical
College.
I started
my career
in post-16
education
as a part-time
tutor
and lecturer
in London
after
my initial
work in
the schools
sector.
I have
a BEd
from Vienna,
Austria,
a Postgraduate
Diploma
in Language
Management
and an
MA in
Adult
Education
from Goldsmith’s
College.
Over the
last three
years
I have
also qualified
as an
NLP Master
Practitioner,
a Timeline
Therapy
Practitioner,
a brain-friendly
learning
facilitator
and an
accredited
EPICT
(European
Pedagogical
ICT Licence)
trainer
and assessor.
